As a part of Harlow Entertainments; www.harlowentertainments.co.uk we've invested heavily in training our staff to become qualified, professional, balloon decorating artists. As a result we can now offer the residents of Harlow, Essex, & the surrounding area's the very finest in helium balloon decorating.
Not only do we use the finest materials available, but many of our designs are unique to us & involve the use of LED's, crystals, water, candles & our own individual hand-crafted weights. Due to the exclusive designs that we use we will not be putting pictures on this website, any pictures are purely for illustration to show the price ranges available.
We will however be only too pleased to meet you at a time to suit yourself & discuss your needs in the comfort of your own home or at your chosen venue. This meeting just like the ones for our disco place no obligation on you to buy from us, but we believe it demonstrates how passionate we are about the range of services that we provide.

These prices are for us to attend your venue & either decorate on site or deliver ready assembled balloons for you. (Subject to a minimum order) We also treat each Latex balloon with Hi-float to ensure that they will float for a longer time than standard balloons.
